Expanding our educational opportunities

Investing in our educational opportunities provides students with an accessible and transformative experience. From enhancing the skills of current leaders through executive and working professional programs to launching the careers of our undergraduates, UNC Kenan-Flagler students and alumni enhance organizations and create jobs across North Carolina and the globe.

Leveraging our expertise

UNC Kenan-Flagler’s faculty research helps local companies and community organizations identify market-based solutions to real-world problems. For example, the Kenan-Institute’s American Growth Project, provides improved local economic data across the country for large and mid-sized cities, which small and regional businesses can use to better forecast changes in their industry and location.

Investing in our community

Supporting UNC Kenan-Flagler’s workforce and students’ development ensures students are prepared for their future careers, as evidenced by our 98% success rate in student hiring, and faculty and staff have professional development opportunities that promote productivity and retention.

Upholding our core values

Investing in UNC Kenan-Flagler’s core values – integrity, inclusion, innovation and impact – help the School improve our community and the world. The School directs valuable time and resources to uphold these values through our curriculum and collaborative culture, the experiences we provide, the faculty we hire and the way we conduct ourselves as a member of the broader UNC community.
