• Our all-star students continually set the pace for student achievement. 
• Seven consecutive national championships in collegiate journalism — 10 out of the past 11 years and 14 all-time.
• Top three national finish and a district championship in the prestigious National Student Advertising Competition.
• Nine years overall with the top national dissertation in our field — far more than any of our peers.

Nearly 100% of our graduates from the past five years are employed or enrolled in further education. 

To keep our champions at the top, Dean Raul Reis has identified three strategic priorities:

• Design a dynamic student journey that prepares graduates to lead the conversation in an evolving media landscape.
• Embracing innovation and emerging technology to provide our students with the training they need to launch their careers and lead the next generation of media and journalism industry. 
• Growing our graduate programs and research initiatives through vital support for rigorous inquiry and new discoveries that address society’s most pressing issues.
