Join the Dean’s Circle
The College of Arts and Sciences recognizes leadership annual donors to the Arts and Sciences Fund of $1,500 or more as members of our Dean’s Circle. Young alumni also qualify at the following levels: $500 for class of 2019-2023 and $1,000 for class of 2014-2018.
Margaret Harper Society: $5,000+
Join the Margaret Harper Society within the Dean’s Circle with an annual contribution of $5,000 or more to the Arts and Sciences Fund.
Set up a monthly gift of $125 to the Arts and Sciences Fund or make a one-time gift of $1,500 to join this exclusive group.

The College of Arts and Sciences forms the academic core of the Carolina experience as the largest unit on campus. Our mission is to create knowledge and discover innovative solutions to the world’s greatest challenges, to educate outstanding undergraduate and graduate students, and to encourage faculty, staff and students to contribute meaningfully to North Carolina, the nation and the world.
The College is home to 17,000+ undergraduate students, 2,300+ graduate students and 979 faculty members who study and teach across the 43 departments and curricula in the College. College faculty, who teach 85% of all undergraduate hours at Carolina, consist of world-class scholars who have been recognized for outstanding research, teaching and engagement in the fine arts and humanities, social sciences, natural sciences and mathematics.
